Hackett offers 6 one-semester elective courses in this department, one of which is highly recommended for all students, while the others are geared toward students with specific interests. Microsoft Office prepares students to efficiently use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Research skills that are valuable immediately, and beyond high school. Specific interest classes include Desktop and Web Publishing, Consumer Economics, Marketing, and Business Law.
